Vo to© Heard toy Order of Court*Town*TAKE NOTICE,If any Creditor intendt to oppose a Prisoner9s discharge, notice of such intention must he giveny by entry thereof in the proper page and the coloumn of the book kept for that purpose at the Office of thb Court, between the hours of Ten in the forenoon, and Four in the afternoon, three dear days before the day of hearing, exclusive of Sunday^ the day of entering such notice, and the day of hearing ; but in the case of a Prisoner,for the removal of whom for hearing in the country an order has been obtained, but not carried into effect by the Creditors, notice of opposition will be sufficient if given one cleat day before the day of hearing. The petition and schedule, and att boofcSy papersy and writings fled therewith, witt be produced by the proper Officer for inspection and examination, cn Mondays, Wed* nesdays, and Fridays, until the last day for bn Wring oppositon inclusive; and copies of the petitum and schedulef or such part thereof as shatt be required, will be provided by the proper Officers, according to the Act, 7 Geo*lV.t e. 57, see. 76. Notice to produce at the hearing any books or papers fled with the schedule, must be given to the officers having the tastody thereof, within the hours above mentioned, on any day previous to the day of hearing.
