NOGUCHI RETURNSSAN FRANCISCO. Feb. 8.—Man soon will be able to change from black to white and vice versa over■a period of five generations.Such was the forecast today of Dr. Yusaburo Noguchi of Japan, eminent biologist, on his return from Brazil where he studied savage races in the interior of that country. Dr. Noguchi, speaking through an interpreter, spilled at reports printed in New York newspapers which declared he can change a man's stature, color and racial characteristics.“No, I cannot perform these miracles/* he said. But, In my research, I have found that human beings are guided by an unseen force, as intangible as electricity, which can change their entire status In life/*A group of men and women, all of different races, could produce a race with any physical characteristicsdeaired, the scienflsta declared, adding that this would be .accomplished through science, climate,-diet and the constant exertion of mental farces of all those Involved In tbs experiment.Dr. Noguchi, In discussing his expedition to Brazil, declared that the types of savage races hs studied ■bowed “a finer character,, stronger mind and healthier body than the so-called civilized people, all becaus*their lives were more balanced. » » ------
