NOGUCHI RETURNSSAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 8.—Man soon will be able to change from black to white and vice versa overa period of five generations.Such was the forecast today of Dr. Yueaburo Noguchi of Japan, eminent biologist, on his return from Brazil where he studied savage races In the interior of that country. Dr. Noguchi, speaking through an in* terpreter, spilled at reports printed in New York newspapers which declared he can change a man's stature, color and racial characteristics.No, I cannot perform these miracles,'* he said.
