FAIRBANKS EDITOR AGAINCHARGED WITH LIBEL.8. Iliuton Henry, of the Fairbanks Free Press. has been arrested. charged with criminal libel, the complainant beiug Mrs. J. 11. Caskey, wire of Itie owner of the Fairbanks Citiien. The ilil^Lg-gd libel la:__Also we will tell this boob that Mr*. George Hinton Henry never had to be carried home in a state of filthy intoxication.”In the complaint, it is stated ih-* the word “boob referred to J. II. Cas key. the husband 01 the complainant, and that the article, which appeared iu the last issue of the Free Press, was intended to convey the idea that the complainant had been carried home in a state of Intoxication, all of which was false and ecurrillus matter and thereby constituting a criminal libel. +-
