Two New Routes.Col. W. B. Galt roe, Superintendent of the Rural Mall Free Delivery of this division, came up from Waterford, on taat Monday evening, from Marietta, and accepted the petition and other papers connected with the establishment of Routes Nos. 1 and 2 from Waterford. The two routes will deliver mail dally to nearly 300'families and will cover an area of about 50 miles of territory. The carriers for routes Nos. 1 and 2 will he Samuel J. Paxton und Edward L. Y-rnell with Frank A. Buchanan as a substitute. The regular carriers will be paid a * alary of $500 per annum each.The two routes have been established by the earnest efforts or the friends of Congressman II. C. V?»nVoorhl.* and will be In working order not later than the II rm of March.A line will also bo established from Coal Run In the near future, and petitioners are now at work to establish a lino north from Boverlv.
