The finding of the body of R. H. Sa bine, one of the young men who were drowned in Austin Creek, wes accom panied by a very strange incident Tues day morning an old Spaniard went to the scene of the disaster and in broken English made the searching party un derstand that he could find Sabine's body. He took a shingle, fastened to it a candle that had some strange figures put in by himself and cast them into the stream. Then he followed the shingle and the candle and the crowd all fol lowed him. A few hundred yards below the old Bohemian camp ground the shingle and candle whirled around a number of times and then stopped. Then the Spaniard told them to dig where the strange device had stopped, the order was obeyed, and to the aston ishment of all the body of the unfortunate young man was found. It was in a gress state of preservation.
