Norma Nowak, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Nowak of Bremond became the bride of Lenard Millsap, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Nixon of Fredericksburg, January 24 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Hearne. Father Louis Wozmak, pastor, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Bremond officiated at the double ring ceremony. Wedding music was provided by Fred Bielamowicz, organist. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a formal gown of sheer organza. Chantilly lace trimmed the high Victorian collar, cuffed the Juliet sleeves and defined the Empire bodice on a gathered skirt. A chapel length mantilla of English net was outlined in matching lace. She carried a nosegay of white and pink miniature roses centered with an orchid. Maid of honor was Patti Yezak. Bridesmaids were Shirey Rubin, Susan Connell, Janel Yanowski and Brenda Warhol. They wore floor length pink crepe dresses with high necklines and Bishop sleeves. Burgundy Venice lace made mock jumper vests on an Empire bodices. Their at tached skirts were of full gathers. Headpieces were of tiered burgundy illusion. They carried long stemmed pink rosebuds with burgundy streamers. Best man was Mike Klett. Groomsmen were Happy Feller, Ronnie Nowak, Terry Crenwelge and Richard Czajkowski. Ushers were Richie Oliver, Dick Miller, Bob Stolting, Benny De Witt, Tom Benn and Tommy Butler, all members of the Corp of Cadets of TAMU. As the couple left the church they formed a saber arc. Junior bridesmaid ws Paula Bielamowicz. Larry Bielamowicz was junior groomsman. Following the ceremony a reception was held in the St. Mary’s Hall in Bremond. House party members in cluded Betty Warhol, Helen Kotch Rea Penick, Marla Barnes, Glenda Barnes and Gale Tomchesson. The bride graduated from Bremond High School and attended McKenzie-Baldwin Business College, Bryan. She is employed by the Texas Agricultural Extension Ser vice in the Wildlife Science Department at TAMU. The groom is a graduate of Fredericksburg High School and is a senior business major at TAMU and is a member of the Texas Aggie varsity football team and the Corp of Cadets.
