R. Gould, a retired lawyer of St. Louis, has taken an option on the north half of the Baca Float,! comprising 50,000 acres of land for a substantial sum from the heirs.wWeldon M. Bailey and James K. Bou Id in. Mr. Grund is understood to have in mind the formation of a company to prospedt the minerals. Pending the exercise of the option, the owners of the float will continue to use the grazing and agricultural lands. Mr. Grund has been in Tucson from time to time during recent months.
