Afro-Americans Establish New Town.The ui081 recent town to be established solely by A fro-America us Is I'.laoUdom, in New Mexico. There Is u t a white family within sixteen miles of t ho place. It is said that scores of white settlers are anxious to obtain a residence there. It Is a fine agricultural section. Most of the Inhabitants thus far are from Texas. The founder of the town had only 35 cents when lie started to clear up the the village about twelve years ago. At the close 01 1U12 Ills farm was valued at $40,000 The climate is delightful and the soil rich and productive.
