Dietrich of Harford county.Slatc of Maryland, dated the 1st day of February, 1905, and recorded among the Chattel Mortgage Records of Harford county in Liber W. S. F. No. 17 folio 312 and among tho Land Records of Prince George’s county in Liber B. D. S. No. 39 folio 54, default having occurred under the terms thereof, the undersigned attorney named iu said mortgage, will sell at public sale to the highest responsible bidder on the premises at Mullikin Station on Pope’s Creek Branch of P. B. . W. R. R. onSATURDAY FEBRUARY 16th, 1907.AT 10 O’CLOCK A. M.all the property mentioned and described in said mortgage, as follows:Frame canning-house 48 x 40 with metal and board roof and two-story substantially built frame and metal roof warehouse 110 x 30 attached. Husking and peeling shed, 100 x 30 and frame and metal roof warehouse 70 x 28 detached 70 feet with oil house and other outbuildings situated at Mullikin Station, Prince George Co., and immediately on the line of the Pope’s Creek Branch of the P. B. A VV. R R., fully equipped for packing corn, fruit and vegetables, and in a section where these are plentifully grown The house is equipped with two 49 H. P. upright boilers, 25 H. P. horizontal steam engine, 4 closed kettles, complete with II. A M thermometers and steam guagcs, 2 open kettles, Hawkins sapuer, combination hand and power crane, process crates, brining tanks, water tanks, Cjueeu Auue corn-cooker-tiller, corn fan, corn silker, 3 Morral corn cutters, Knapp 2 pound labeller, packing tables, 5 ton wagon scales, set of platform scales, 4 wheel trucks, 2 barrel gas generator, li and 1 bbl. gasoline tanks, with chafting, piping and belting and all other utensils and tools necessary in a fully equipped canniug house.This house was operated during the season of 1900 and everything is in thorough working order.
