Rev. W. E. Hinshaw. whoso wife was so cruelly murdered at Belleville, several-weeka ago, Was brought to Danville under arrest. Feb. 1, charged with the murder. Mr. Hmsbnw was arrested on the affida- i eit of Detective Burns, of Seymour. Ho | is still very feeble from the wounds re-! ceived and his friends will try to keep him out of jail. There is general indignation in the county over the arrest, as he is not believed to bo at all implicated. The prosecution came to ah abrupt end, Saturday, the physician who attended Mr. Hinshaw testifying that it would have been impossible for the prisoner to inflict the wounds from which he was suffering upon his dw:i person.
