j ) Y virtue of a Precept to me directed, issued by the Hon. John ^ Aldous, Commissioner of Public Lands, against ilugh Campbell, of King’s County, i have taken and seized as the property of the said Hugh Campbell, all his right, title and interest, in and to Fifty acres of land, a little more or less, situate on Township No. 53, in the said County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 7th day of February, 18G5, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited property, to satisfy the levy marked n the said Precept, being £10 15s., besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
