B3S~The Lynchburg Virginian says that the rencontre which took place Thursday evening, at the Depot in Liberty, between Dr. T. Bowyer and Mr. William 0. Goode, resulted, we are happy to leara, in injury to neither party. A pistol shot was simultaneously bred, at a short distance, by each. The ball frem Dr. Bosryer passed through the hat of Goode, as inch or two above the head. The difficulty, we learn, was thereafter amicably adjusted.
