Art RetrospectiveTo Open at HRCYasuo Kunivoshi, a Japanese-American painter, will be shown in a retrospective exhibttion of his work openint: Sundayat the Michener Galleries in the Harry Ransom Center.The exhibit was organized by the University Art Museum w,L the assistance of the Nantenshi Gallery in Tokyo and “ill beon display in the first floor of the gallery through March 25.Oil and casein paintings, drawings, lithographs and etchings in the exhibit offer a complete view of the artists s career, rom1918 until his death in 1953. hnnm-edSara Mazo Kuniyoshi, the artist s widow, will be the honored guest at an opening reception to be held in the gallery from 2 to5 p.m. Sunday. The public is invited The Michener Galleries are open to the public without chargefrom 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from p.m. Sunday.
