A“Lincoln Frontier Days” dance, Tuesday evening, February H1, from #230 O'clock with social and square dancing will be held by the Busi ness and Professional Club for members and their friends at the YOWOCLA. Miss Melon: Matteo, social chair man, is in charge of arrangements, assisted by Hazel Gunsel, Mary Alice Marshall, Carmel Rifle, Mar gery Howell and other members of the club. A discussion on the “lend-lease” DI before Congress, a report of plans for the Nationwide Business and Professional Observance on March 11, and work on decorations for the ‘Tuesday night dance are scheduled for the regular meeting of the Business and Professional Club, Monday evening, February 10, at S o'clark, “to In observance at World Brother hood Week and Lincoln's’ Birthday, the Othello Club’ will devote its meeting Wednesday, February 12 to “The Negro Press” with a speaker from the staff of the “Am sterdam News,” leading Negro daily newspaper in New York. Club. menners are also preparing an ex hibit of Negro periodicals which will be on display at the Y. W. C. A. for a week. The program begins at 8:30 o'clock. A Valentine party and dance will be held by the Just Pals Club, Thursday evening, February 13, at the Y.W.C. A. at 8 o'clock, Tuesday evening, February 11, the Aewy Club will have a demon stration of leather handcrafts with Mrs. Fred Dickerson, the club ad viser, in charge. In future meet ings the club plans to do some leathercraft work.
