MRS. J. M. SEIPPELMrs. J. M. Seippel, Clayton. la, who had been visiting her daughter. Mrs. Charles Dodd, in Julien. since Christmas. died at the Dodd residence this afternoon at 12:40 ' o'clock. She had been sick for the past three weeks.The remains are lying in the home of her son, John H. Seippel. in Julien The funeral arrangements will he made later.Mrs. Seippel was born in Penn-' sylvania July 13. 1$53, and had re-| sided in Clayton, la., for the past sixty years. She is survived by her husband, two daughters. Mrs.; Dodd and Mrs. W\ H. Clake, Clay-,! ton; a son. John, Julien; a brother.' I C. W. Rothmer, Dubuque, and three ! sisters. Mrs. Charles Hettmann and Mrs. Julien Bonsar, Garnavillo, la., and Mrs. Charles Hinch, Fanners-j burg She was a member of the Lutheran church at Clayton and the Ladies* Aid society of that parish.
