MRS. J. M. SEIPPELMr*. J. M. Seippel, Clayton, la,who had been visiting her daughter. Mrs. Charles Dodd, in Julien. since Christmas, died at the Dodd residence this afternoon at 12:40 o'clock. She had been sick for the past three weeks. IThe remains are lying in the home of her son, John H. Seippel. in Julien. The funeral arrangements will be made later.Mrs. Seippel was born in Pennsylvania July 12. 1853, and had re sided in Clayton. Ia., for the past sixty years. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Dodd and Mrs. \V. H Clake, Clayton; a son, John. Julien; a brother. C. \V. Bothmer, Dubuque, and three sisters. Mrs. Charles Bettmann and Mrs. Julien Bonsar, Garnavillo. Ia., and Mrs. Charles Hinch, Fanners-burg. She was a member of the Lutheran church at Clayton and the I/idies* Aid society of that parish.
