The largest real estate deal in Middle town this year, so far, was complete yesterday, through Leo B. Santange‘g, when the Burr Block, just south of the Middlesex, was sold to Joseph Intra vaia, the Ferry street florist and nurseryman. Mr. Intravaia will erect a glass house on the vacant lot at the south side of the block and use it as sales headquarters for his flowers and florist supplies.The location is ideal for this business.
