Funeral of Blaine** I«*iisl»ter.Washington, Feb. 5,—The remains -of Mrs. Alice Coppinger,1 wife of Colonel Copplnger, and eldest daughter of Secretary Blaine, were yesterday buried in Oak Hill cemetery, beside those of her brother, Walker Blaine. A brief service was hold at 10 o’clock at tho_ residence of her father, and the body was taken to St. Matthew’s Catholic church, .where the solemn rites for the dead were performed. President and Mrs. Harrison, Vico President and Mrs. Morton, members of the cabinet and their wives, with the ‘exception of Secretary Tracy, General Schofield, and Admiral Rogers, were present at the church. The members of the Internatjoual American Conference attended in a body, anathe diplomatic corps and congress wcret well represented. The chief officials of. the executive departments of the govern-men^Were also present. '
