Toogood has tiled with the Judge of this court, a petition praying for letters of administration of the estate of William F. Toogood, deceased, and that Wednesday, the 27ih day of February, 1880 at ten o’clock a. m. of said day, being a day ot a special term of this court, at the office of the Judge of Probate, in the city ol Wahpeton, county ot Richland, D. T. has been set for hearing said petition, at which time and place any person interested in said estate may appear aud show cause why suid petition should not be grauted.Dated at Wahpeton this SOih day of JanuaryA.
