Gielczyk as director in charge of the Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA) on Tuesday Feb. 24, at Naval Station Newport.Capt. Douglas D. McDonald, Commanding Officer, Center for Naval Leadership Headquarters, Little Creek, Va., will be the guest speaker at the formal Change of Office ceremony at Tomich Hall on Elliot Avenue beginning at 12:30 p.m.Master Chief Gielczyk will retire on March 30 with 30 years of honorable naval service.Master Chief Rao reported to SEA in August 2002 and will take the helm after serving as a faculty adviser and seniorGielczyk Raoinstructor.A graduate of Senior Enlisted Academy Class 46, Master Chief Rao was also the recipient of the Peter Tomich Honor Graduate Award.
