The account for medical attendance, amounting to $293 25, with the exception of ?2t 25, has all been paid to Dr. C n Orton, one of the county physicians, which charge, in the opinion of your committee, ought to ceme under his contract with the county, also is said account not verified by affidavit as required by law. For the superintendent to take charge of the poor office in the city of Milwaukee, the sum of . i-—dollars per annum.2. For the second superintendent to keep -the books in the poor office, the sum- of — dollars per annum.3.
