!Mrs. L. C. Kahrs of Story City, sis ter of Mrs. G. Smedal of this place, was aound dead in her bed this after noon about two o'clock, having passed away during the night in her sleep It is surmised that she suffered a heart attack. Lloyd Ritland went to call on her at her home in the southeast part of Story City this afternoon and he dis covered a bottle of milk on the porch which was frozen and he found th doors locked, so he forced his way ito the house and found her dead in her bed. Funeral services will be held Sun day afternoon at 2 o'clock at the res idence and 2:30 o'clock at St. Petri Lutheran church, with burial in the Roland cemetery.
