WM McGREGOR FISHER ON THE SEA ON THE WAY TO FRANCE. Fears are entertained by relatives and friends for the safety of William McGregor Fisher, son of Mr and Mrs William G Fisher, and Morman Rourke, son of Mr and Mrs John J Rourke who are on board the French liner, Ja Touraine bound for France to enlist as drivers in the American Ambulance Field Service The vessel left New York, Saturday, Jun. 27, and in due to dock at Bordeaux, France, on Thursday mourning It has to pass through the blockade zone which Ger many has stated In its note to this country 1g forbidden Nothing has been yet heard from the Liner which is at the present time about entering the forbid den waters
