Trustee’a Sale.Tbe SUteof Mississippi, )Oktibbeha County. )Under tbe provisions and by the authority of a certain trust rfeed executed on the 15th day of February, 1913, by Tom Wynn and his wife Linnle Wynn to Wirt Carpenter as trustee, to secure certain Indebtedness named therein, to the Security State Bank, of Starkville, Mississippi, said trust deed being recorded in deed book 125, page 442 of the Land Records oi said county and state. I will on the 27th day of February 1915* offer for sale and sell at public auction for cash to the best and highest bidder at the front door ot the Conrt House In •aid city of Starkville, said county and •tate, within legal hours, the following described property, conveyed by said trust deed, to wit:All of the interest of said Tom and Linnle Wynn on the date of said trust deed, in the East H of South West M of tbe North West J4. and ttio South East of the North West of section 23, and the South East M of the South East X of section 9, all in township 19, range 14 East, and also one black horse muie, about 4 years old, named Prtuce, one jersey colored cow, about five years old named Rose, and one white cow about four years old named Flower, and all of the increase of said cows since the date of said trust deed.The title to the above property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in mo under tbe terms aud conditions of said trust deed:Witness my signature this the 2nd day of February.
