tion.'94. Rev. Orville Lincoln Sigafoos, pastor of the First Reformed Church of Hastings, has received and accepted a call to become pastor of the First Reformed Church, of Pompton Plains, N. J. Mr. Sigafoos went to Hastings as a student from Union Theological Seminary in 1896, and was ordained and installed as pastor of the Reformed Church in the spring of 1897. During these years the church has grown in all branches of its work. The Porap-ton Plains Church is one of the oldest Reformed Churches in New Jersey—the organisation dating back to 1713. It is also one of the largest in the Classis of Passaic, to which it leloiigs. Mr. Sigafoos will preach his farewell sermon in Hostings, on Sunday evening, February 28th, and will be installed in his new field the first of March. He graduated from Lafayette in the class of '94.
