Patrick McCutcheon, an inmate of the Hotel Dieu, was arrested this morning on a charge of stealing twenty-five feet of hose from that institution. The hose was recovered, having been sold to a Wikameville resident, William W. Gray, London, Ont, is dead, at the age of almost ninety years. Mr. Gray had been a man since 1840, and was the oldest Knight Templar in America. His death was the result of shock caused by a fall. Robert Marklin, an old resident of Winnipeg, dropped dead on Monday. He appeared to be in good health and was talking to a tend when he suddenly exclaimed, ‘What's the matter with me, and fell back dead. The victors Victoria hockey team, of Winnipeg, is in Toronto.
