Charlotte Observer: It’s rather cold to talk of cycling, but there is some news too good to keep, for instance the fact that Mr. Thos. Daniel, of Nawheru, the crack athlete of the State, is coming up lliis spring with a team of tine pu ked men from Newbcrn. and will tackle any tine riders here, either on the road or track.
