SHERIFF'S SALE.Notice is hereby given that by virtue of % special execution to me directed, dated the 18th day of January 1897, issued out of the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the State of Iowa in and lor Woodbury County, upon a judgment and decree of foreclosure rendered in said Court on the 7th dav of January, 1897, in a cause No. 15.240 equity in favor of Elizabeth B. Pefa-Held, Plaintiff, and against W. C. BrassGeld, Pernelia Brassiieid, Ballou Banking Co., Ellen Barnard. J.I. Case Threshing Machine Co., Mrs. C. K. Griffith. J. A- Dean, agent for Mrs. C. R, Griffith, Geo. D. Weintz, Recvr. of Ballou Banking Co., Defendants, I have levied upon the following described real estate, named in said exe-cntion and situated in Woodbury county, Iowa, to-wit: the sooth * of the northeast I of section 9, in township 87, north range 45, west of the 5th P. M.. and that on the 18tb day of February a. 1)., 1897. at Id o'clock in the forenoon of satd day, at the south door of the Court House, Sioux City, Iowa, I will proceed to sell said property or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy said execution, amounting to ten hundred eighty-six dollars' and thirty cents debt, with interest at 8 per cent per annum from satd date of Judgment. *50.86 attorney’s fees, and *31.50 costs, together with accruing costs, at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash.W.
