Mrs. Kobinson, aged OS, lived with her son-in-law, Benjamin Posey. Posey is a J. P., and loyal, lie did not like having the old lady about the house, and his abuses drove her from the house on Saturday, Otli ult., to seek shelter at a neighbor’s, a couple miles awav. She never reached her destination, andwher ImxIv was found in n monutain path. She hail been frozen to death, and her h dr feast oil upon by hogs! Her arms had been torn off and could nor l« found—her breast and face eaten off—and the body otherwise lacerated.
