A car driven by Bryan W. Staff ord, 20, of 3075 Gum St., Live Oak, struck a utility pole Saturday about 12:30 a.m. along Kent Road north of Hermansen Avenue near Lomo Crossing, the California Highway Patrol reported. Stafford was treated at Rideout Emergency Cen ter and released, a center spokes man said. Rebecca Pelfrey, no age given, of 1619 Poole Blvd. complained of pain but did not require hospitalization following a vehicle accident yester day, Yuba City police reported. She was a passenger in a car driven by Jim L. Pelfry, 37, same address, that was involved in an accident with a car driven by Francis J. Frank, 49, of 1244 Nadene Drive, Marysville, police said. Cars driven by Charles A. Payne, 60, of 5814 A Montclair Ave. and Deb orah L. Thompson, 22, of 5852 River side Drive, No. 3, both in Linda, were involved in an accident yesterday about 5 p.m. on North Beale Road, the CHP reported. The CHP report on the accident did not give the spe cific location of the mishap. Avtar K. Bains, 41, of 935 Mesa Verde, Yuba City, lost control of his car as it went through two feet of wa ter on Highway 70 under the Olive hurst Avenue overcrossing about 6:30 a.m. yesterday and the vehicle struck a concrete wall, the CHP re ported. A car driven by William J. Price, 32, of Oroville struck a tree along Highway 70 south of Feather River Boulevard in Linda yesterday about 12:15 a.m., the CHP reported. Cars driven by Wesley Q. Fong, 77. of 1051 Clark Ave., No. 30, Yuba City. and Salvador Hernandez Jr., 17. of 1101 Tara Court, Yuba City. were in volved in an accident Saturday about 9:15 p.m. on Jones Road at Starlite Lane in Yuba City, the CHP re ported. A hit-and-run car registered to Daljit S. Dhandal of 1148 Robert Drive, Yuba City. allegedly struck a car driven by Martin J. Horan IV, 16. of 1849 Daphne Lane, Yuba City, Sat urday about 12:30 p.m. on Township Road at Lincoln Road in Yuba City. the CHP reported. 4. hit-and-run car struck a parked vehicle registered to Alberto M. Her rejon of 1374 Buchanan Road, Yuba City, in front of Herrejon's residence about 12:15 p.m. Saturday, the CHP reported. Cars driven by Timothy W. Hock enberry, 26, of 821 Louise Ave., Yuba City, and Steven L. Morrill Jr., 46, of 308 Winship Road, Yuba City, were involved in an accident Friday about 4:30 p.m. on E Street north of First Street in Marysville, the CHP reported. A tow-truck driven by Chet Harri son. 30. of 1515 Buchanan St. Marysville. was involved in an acci dent with a car driven by James Lo pez. 64. of 219 A St., Marysville, about 4:30 p.m. Friday at Fifth and J streets, Marysville police said. E. Dillard, 21, of Williams was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle about 9:30 p.m. Friday in a parking lot at 631 10th St., Marysville police said. A car driven by Mace D. Roller, 17, of 4544 Ardmore Ave., Olivehurst, struck a parked pickup truck regis tered to the City of Marysville about 1:15 a.m. Sunday on Harris Street west of Del Pero Street, Marysville police said. Cars driven by Richard L. Ever sole, 33, of 287 Percy Ave., Yuba City: Kimberly R. Dalton, 21, of 921 Elinor Ave., Linda; and Todd D. Thomas, 22, of 1051 Clark Ave., Yuba City, were involved in an accident about 4 p.m. Saturday on C Street south of Third Street, Marysville po lice said. Parked cars registered to Debby Delozier of 1884 Sixth Ave., Olive hurst, and Gereald L. Taws Jr. of 9353 Loma Rica Road, Loma Rica. were struck by a hit-and-run vehicle about 1:15 a.m. Sunday on Fourth Street west of B Street, Marysville police said. A car driven by Judy Garcia, 26, of 639 Reeves Ave., Yuba City, struck a utility pole along Francis Avenue west of Percy Avenue, Yuba City, about 1:45 p.m. yesterday, Yuba City police reported.
