A 2h year old San Mateo woman was found stran gled in a carport in San Jose Tuesday, police reported, Mrs. Jeanette Diana Ralston was found partially nude, beaten about the face and strangled with her own blouse inside her auto which was parked in an apartment building carport in South San Jose. San Jose detectives said Mrs. Ralston was estranged from her hus band and her last known address was 1120 Folkstone Ave., San Mateo. The victim's body was discovered by the apart ment building owner and police speculated the auto may have been in the car port since late Monday night or early Tuesday. San Jose police also speculated that Mrs. Ralston may have been slain elsewhere, then taken to San Jose. Ponce believe the victim was sexually molested by the slayer, who stuffed the woman's body between the front and rear seats of her foreign compact sedan.
