Earle 5. Harder, architect, will report on the cost of developing Truxtun Park at the meeting of the War Memoirs] Commission to be held at City Hall tomorrow at 8 P.M. Harder had been appointed by the committee to make a study of cost of development of the Truxtun Park area. Alderman Athur Ellinston chiirman of the commission has suggested that members of the Greater Annapolis Recreation Asociation attend tomorrow night's meeting.
