# •In another column of the Herald to-/clay will be found the announcement of Mr. T. H. Morton for treasurer of Ware county. Mr. Morton is one of our oldest and most highly respected citizens and his honesty and integrity Is beyond question. Mr. Morton, severed his affiliation with the Populist party in 1898 and is now aligned with the Democrats. This has been understood by Mr. Morton’s friends for years, and the Herald emphasizes it now. If elected Mr. Morton will make an efficient treasurer and he will receive a warm support.
