Warrant* Issued.Judge Benton, of Winchester, issued warrants Tuesday for JamesHariris Kd Callahan ami B. FFrench on the charge of running off certain witnesses for the plaintiff in the damage suit of Mrs.I Marcum against the defendants.'One charge is made against the two Hargises and their hail is j fixed at $2,0ou each. There are two charges against B. F. French and his total hail was fixed at ♦JJKN). Against Kd ( allahan there are throe separate charges and thetotal hail required of him is £1,000.i French was at once arrested and gave bond. Warrants were also issued for the arrest of Mose Feltner and Sam Fields, of Ijrsiir county, the w it nesses who left aithout testify ing. Feltner'a l*ond whs fixed at $500 and Fields* at Judge Benton feels deeply the attempt to tnm|H*r with theintegrity and dignity of his court.
