GRAVEL ROAD IsTOTICE.STATE OF INDIANA, 1 Commissioners’ Court, Randolph County, ss: ) March Term. 1880.In the matter of the purchase and conversion of the Macksville Cemeter, and Unionport Toll Gravel road into a free Gravel road.VIEWER’S REPORT.To All Whom it May Concern:Notice is hereby given that the viewers heretofore appointed by the Boarc of Commissioners of said County to apportion the appraised value of thlt; Macksville Cemetery and Unionport Toll Gravel Road, including the value o: bridges and culverts, and the estimated cost of putting said gravel roue in good repair which values are in amounts as follows, to-wit:Appraised value of gravel road....................................... S3 516 0(Have made and filed their report of such apportionment with the Count] Auditor, and that the Board of Commissioners of said County will meet at tin office of the Auditor of said County, on Tuesday, the 2d day of March, A.
