Sunland Man Sentenced Manslaughter of WifeA Sunland man was sen-.Ballentine had been assignedtn eiti n s ftenced Friday to state prison for one to 15 years for voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of his wife last June 14.Donald Ray Waidelich 32 was given the prison sentence after being convicted Dec. 27 by a jury in Van Nuys Superior Court.The sentence was imposed by Judge Jay Ballentine, visiting Superior Court judge from Tulare County.
