Donahoe Must Pay Fine in Funk CaseAttorney Daniel Donahoe will haveto pay the $2,000 fine assessed by ajury In the Criminal Court whichfound him guilty of conspiracy in theClarence S. Funk “alienation” suit, according to a decision handed down yesterday by the Appellate Court. Donahoe was the attorney for John C. Henning, who charged the millionaire Harvester official with alienating the affections of his wife. Later Henning admitted that the suit was a plot to defame Mr. Funk's character. Donahoe, Isaac Stiefel, a private detective; and Aileen Heppner -were indicted and Stiefel and Miss Heppner were acquitted. Donahoe will notappeal his case to the State Supreme Court.
