• IEROY WEAVER DEAD AFTER SHORT ILLNESSComing as a painful shock to a large circle of friends was the news of the death of Mr. Leroy Weaver, which occurred at his home Tuesday morning. Death was due to typhoid-malaria fever, with which he had been sick for about ten days. His condition was not regarded as serums until a short time before his death, and the fatal termination of the disease came as a surprise.Mr. Weaver was 33 years of age. He was among the best known young men in the county, being prominent in church and religious work. Mr. Weaver was educated in the Jackson schools and hud made his home in this city at diilcicul times, and waswell known to a large number of I the citizens of Jackson. JSurviving Mr. Weaver are his I wife, who was Mrs. Belle Moore before marriage; one child, his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Weaver; three brothers, Luther, Raymond and Willie Weaver; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Colwell and Mrs. Tcnnie Martin.The funeral and interment was held at Towaliga Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
