Dodd, the defendant in iliis case, is a noo-reaident of this Slate, therefore, on motion, it is ordered that nublication be made in the Raleiffh Standard, notifying the said defendant to appear at the next Term of this Court, to be bold tor the county of Johnston, at the Court House in SmithHeld, on the4tb Monday in February next, then and there to answer or replevy, otherwise he will be proceeded against as if lie had been served with process.Witness, Thomas 1).
