Morales, 52; his wife, Rosa Estrada Morales, 50, and their children, Miguel A. Morales, 24, Sally Ann, 21, and Jussie, 20. Alt live at 1224 SantaFe Ave.BMDeputy Benjamin said Miguel flagged him down at Santa Fe and Rio Grande Avenues and in the discussion that followed, the officer asked for permission to search Miguel’s pockets. Miguel is searchable because of a prior narcotics conviction.Young Morales took a package from his pocket and began eating it but Benjamin confiscated it after a brief struggle.
