Horne, and the unknown heirs and legal representatives of H. H. Horne, Eunice I. Horne, and the unknown heirs and legal representat ives of Eunice I. Horne, Isaac Camp bell, and the unknown heirs and legal representatives of Isaac Campbell, A. C. Love and the unknown heirs and, ‘egal representatives of A. C. Love,’ and all the unknown owners and claimants of the hereinafter describ ed lands, by making publication of this citation once in each week for eight consecutive weeks previous to the return day thereof in some news paper published in Limestone County, Texas, to be and appear at the next regular term of the District Court of Limestone County, Texas, to be holden at the Court House thereof in Groesbeck, on the first Monday in March 1917, the same being the 5th, day of March, 1917, then and there to answer a petition filed in said Court on the th day of January, 1917, in a suit numbered on the docket of said Court, No. 687, where in A. T. Estes Son, a mercantile firm, composed of W. D. Estes and Sarah H. Estes, a widow, are plaintiffs and H. H. Horne and the unknown heirs and legal representatives of H. H. Horne, Eunice I Horne, and the unknown heirs and legal repre sentatives of Eunice I. Horne, Isaac, Campbell and the unknown heirs and l legal representatives of Isaac Camp bell, A. C. Love and the unknown heirs and legal representatives of A. C. Love and all of the unknown own ers and claimants of the hereinafter described lands are defendants. Said petition alleging in substance that the plaintiffs are the legal and equi table owners in fhe Simple of part of the E. C. Harris Survey, in Lime. Stone County, Texas, described as follows: Beginning at the North East corner of a tract owned by J. F. El lison out of said Survey, at a stake in the East line of said survey. Thence South 60 West 7351, varns to stake. Thence North 30 West 448 varns to a stake in the North line of said survey. Thence N. 60 East 73534 varas to a Stake, the North East corner of said survey. Thence South 30 East 443 varas to the be ginning, containing fifty-eight and one third acres of land and that they are in posession of Same and that the defendants, and each of them, are asserting some kind of claim to or interest in Said land each of which casts a claims of each of the defe by the ..Five Years Limitation and by Ndants are Statute of the Ten Years .
