Lawyer Freeman Says He Will Save Greely Phillips’Life.The negro murderer, Greely Phillips, who was sentenced to hang here on Jan. 27th and who was respited by Governor Terrell until Feb. 10th, will never hang — according to the statement of his attorney, A. H. Freeman, Esq. Seen by a News reporter today, Attorney Freeman said he was making every effort possible to save his client's life, and that he expects to be successful.
