Crook, et ahIn this cause it is made to appear to the Register, by affidavit of James Savage, Ksq., one of Complainants’ solicitors, that, the said Jessee F. Crook is a non-resident of this State, and that hjs particular place of residence is Cedar IWn, Georgia; and further, that, in the belief uf Affiant the Defendant is over twenty one years of age.It is therefore ordered by the Register that publication ho made in the Jacksonville REPUBLICAN, u weekly newspaper published in the town of Jacksonville for four successive weeks requiring him the said Jesse F. Crook to answer or demur to the bill ofcotnpiainfc in this cause by the first Monday in March 1K72 or in thirty days thereafter a decree pro cotifisso may be taken against him.Done at office this the 10th day of Jan 1872 WM.
