HA'LL was called to the Cbtir and Abraham Smith appointed Seere-tary. ,, .A resolution was offered that a commit-■.tee of ten States’ Rights men be appointed by the Chair to prepare matter for the -consideration of the meeting. The resolution was withdrawn on motion of Col.
