While a number of n»en were engaged in getting out timber for the new nail factory at Dcncannon, a limb of one of the falling trees struck George W. Parsons on the head, producing concussion of the brain, and death in a j few hours afterwards. The unfortunate man j was an old hand at the Iron Works.
