A letter from Otis Cagle of Risco to this paper advises that the family have received the Purple Heart medal given to Pfe. Otis Cagle Jr., posthumously, for gallantry in action during an Italian engagement, on November 14th. Young Cagle died in a base hospital recently from wounds received during the en gagement. Mrs. Milton Bernstein and daughter of Sikeston were the guests of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Harman Kohn, and family from Friday until Tuesday. Mr. Berns tein was here over the week-end visiting with his family also his sister and father, Max Bernstein.
