Guy Judgment of Two Bonds with interest and costs $145.08 and $8.60 to October 5, 1938. Seconded by Voss. On roll call mem bers voting DeVolder, yes. Hanlin, yes. Johnson, yes. Linder, yes. Voss, yes. Carried. Moved by Linder that the Resolu tion form No. 662 Project FA WPMH WPGM-10BCDE (Under pass) on 5-17 paying as on file be adopted. Seconded by Johnson. On roll call members voting DeVolder, yes. Hanlin, yes. Johnson, yes. Lin der, yes. Voss, yes. Carried. Moved by DeVolder that the Clerk be instructed to issue warrant on the Treasurer for $87.50 in favor of H C. Hodds as refund on Cigarette Li cense canceled as of September 30, 1936. Seconded by Johnson. On roll call members all voting Aye. Car ried. Moved by Hanlin that a Cigarette License be granted and Surety Bond be approved for W. H. Gerrets as of October 1st, 1986.
