Governor Has Not Yet Fixed The Date Of Execution; 60 Days The Limit. Plans for the execution of Charles Robinson, colored, sentenced to hang for the murder of Sirs. Mary , Edith Hightman, are being held temporarily in abeyance, pending the setting of a date by the Governor. ae Under the State law the governor must set the date on which executions are to take place, and the normal dane ing Cam then be held areny time on that day, the choice of the Hour rest~ ine with the Sheri death warrant must also be issued by the Governor.
