DEATH RECORDWALTERMrs. George Walter, a former resident of LaGrange county, died last Friday at Kendallville, of dropsy, aged 41 years. She was born near Wolcottville and resided in thia county until five years ago, when the family removed to Kendallville. Surviving are her hus-baud, four children, Russell, Doris ar.d Charles at home, and Mrs. George Flake, of Garrett; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Lantz, of Goshen, and Mrs. Ocie Kauffman, of Topeka, and her mother. Mrs. Phoebe Stroman, of He!-mer. The funeral was held in the Baptist church at Kendallville, Rev. M. O. Johnson, of Stroh. and Rev. H. S Morrill, of Kendallville, officiating. Interment took place at South MilfordPOUFMIEBLonis Pouvmier died last Satnrday morning at Easthaven and was brought home Sunday, the remains arriving in LaGrange at 10:40 o'clock. The funeral was held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Christian church at Stroh, Rev, Charles Greenawalt, officiating. Interment took place at Mt. Pisgah. Mr. Pouvmier is survived by his wife; two brothers, Will and Roy, both of Stroh; his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Ei Bowen.
